The Gatehouse SuperFlex 2.0 Body Protector features advanced body mapping and ergonomic design for a close and comfortable fit. Further length option will be available in due course.
With a 24mm thickness, it uses a combination of 12mm Nitrile foam outer and 12mm EPP core for superior impact resistance and shock absorption. The design also includes breathable panels and a mesh outer fabric, allowing heat to escape for maximum comfort. Additionally, lace sides add to the improved fit and overall quality of this body protector.

Short, Regular and Long are the back lengths (cm). Over shoulder is measured from waist to waist over the shoulder.
How to check the fit
Choose a protector that fits around your body and is the right length, and is comfortable in your riding position. Too large and it can move in a fall; too short and it won't cover you properly; too long and it may ride up off your shoulders.
Make sure the zip slider is tight against the bottom of the zip before joining it (it can feel stiff at first, as the front panels are designed to meet completely). Use the side laces to adjust: press the toggle button and pull both sides equally until snug. Someone may need to help you.
- No discomfort in the riding position, with a full range of movement
- The arm holes are roughly circular and as small as possible
- The front reaches close to the top of the breastbone and covers at least the second rib
- The back reaches the prominent bone at the base of the neck
- It covers the whole torso, with the bottom edge below the rib cage at the front and below the top of the pelvis at the back
Care
Sponge clean only and dry flat; keep the Velcro free from dirt and fluff. Do not wash, tumble dry, iron, dry clean or bleach. Store on a hanger or flat, somewhere dry and ventilated, away from sunlight and with nothing heavy on top.
Check after every use, and especially after a fall, for dents or changes in the foam, broken stitching or missing zip teeth, and replace it if in doubt. With proper care it should last three to five years.
